To find your life path number, reduce your full birth date to a single digit by adding all the digits together, then reducing the result again until you reach a number between 1 and 9 — or 11, 22, or 33, which are kept as master numbers rather than reduced further.
Example: Someone born on July 14, 1990. Month: 7. Day: 1 + 4 = 5. Year: 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 = 19, then 1 + 9 = 10, then 1 + 0 = 1. Add the three results: 7 + 5 + 1 = 13, then 1 + 3 = 4. Life path number: 4.
