Akashr (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a reflection and wellness application that generates personalised readings based on birth data and astrological or numerological frameworks. Content is informational and entertainment-oriented. Nothing on Akashr constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified professional for matters of health, law, or finance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Akashr. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements. We do not knowingly provide services to children under 13.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@akashr.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of misuse or compromise.
Akashr offers a free trial and optional paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of pricing changes. Manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings.
Akashr uses a credit system called Sparks to meter access to readings and chat features. The following rules apply regardless of plan:
We may adjust plan allowances or token-pack sizes from time to time and will provide notice as described under “Modifications to these Terms” below.
Readings and interpretations on Akashr are generated with the assistance of large language model technology. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent across sessions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any reading and expressly disclaim liability for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content. Readings are intended for personal reflection only and not as a basis for consequential decisions.
All software, design, text, graphics, and other content comprising the Akashr service are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent.
You agree not to: (a) attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service or its underlying systems; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble protected software; (c) scrape, harvest, or extract data at scale without written permission; (d) use the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content; (e) impersonate another person or entity; (f) circumvent any rate-limiting, access controls, or subscription gates; or (g) use the service for any unlawful purpose.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Akashr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD 50.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Akashr and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a prominent notice on the website or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting contact@akashr.com. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or conduct that harms other users or the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to first attempt informal resolution of any dispute by contacting us at contact@akashr.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may seek relief in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Akashr regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior agreements.
